Our 100 Club Lottery

To Members and Friends of Reed Cricket Club, This is Reed CC’s very own monthly lottery. The Club is grateful to existing members for their continued support but if you aren’t already participating, for £5 per month, you have the chance of winning prize money of £80, £40 or £20 in every draw. 28 lucky Members shared winnings totalling £1,680 in 2020. Could you be a winner in 2022? The more members we have, the more funds we can raise. If there were more participants we might even increase the prize money and still make a profit! Currently, there are vacancies so please consider supporting the Cricket Club by joining. You do not need to be a member of the Cricket Club to play in the lottery. To join, please contact either: Bethan Smith by phone on 01763 260446 or 07880 702064 or by email [email protected] OR Peter Baker on phone 01379 644660 or 07379 331962 or by email [email protected] The results of each draw are posted on the RCC website under the “Members Area” heading. Awards Winners 2021

Awards Winners 2021 Congratulations to all the Winners of the various Club Awards that were presented at the Annual Dinner on Saturday. After being almost back to normality and a full fixture list, Reed Cricket Club celebrated the 2021 season at their Annual Awards Presentation Dinner held at the Old Bull Inn, Royston. The Club’s Captains distributed Trophies to the various individuals who had contributed worthy performances during the season and to other Club members who consistently carry-out largely unnoticed “behind the scenes” tasks. Club Chairman Stuart Smith congratulated the winners as well as thanking all the players both old and new who had represented Reed this year. He said that he was pleased with some individual performances but especially so from a clutch of youth players who had debuted in the senior teams this year. The Youth Section continues to develop players in all age-groups and they must be encouraged to stay at Reed as the future success of the Club would depend on them. This year’s winners are listed below. To see previous winners, (going back decades in some cases), look at the “History” pages on this website. The background explanations for the particular award are included. I suggest you alter the "Show Entries" to 100 to be able to see the full lists. PGB
