Reed Bonfire Night, 4th November
Reed Bonfire Night, Saturday 4th November 2023 organised by Reed Parish Council. ============================================================================== Reed Parish Council presents a community Bonfire Night event on Saturday 4 November on Reed Green. As well as a firework display and a bonfire, you’ll be able to enjoy drinks from the Cricket Club bar and a barbecue. There is no charge for the event; however donations via a bucket collection will be very welcome. This year, proceeds from the main event will go towards renovating the playground at the side of Reed Green. Proceeds from the barbecue will be divided between Reed Church and Reed School. Admission is free - but please give generously to the bucket collections on the night. Approximate timings: 6.00 pm Event opens - licensed bar and barbecue available; 6.15 pm Bonfire lit; 6.45 pm Firework display. Timings are approximate and may be altered. Usually a well-attended and enjoyable evening, let us hope that the weather will be mild and dry this year. Please support the local community where we play our cricket. Saturday 5th November 2016. Please see the poster advertising the Bonfire & Fireworks event organised by the Reed Village Hall Committee. Traditionally this has been a well-attended and enjoyable evening. Let us hope that the weather is mild and dry this year. Entry is free although donations may be made to the Reed Village Hall Renovation Fund. Please support the local community where we play our cricket. The Cricket Club Bar will be open from 1730hrs.
Fireworks & Bonfire – 5th November
There will be a Bonfire and Fireworks on Reed Village Green at 1900hrs on Saturday 5th November. The Cricket Club Bar will be open from 1730hrs and the fireworks are scheduled for 1900hrs. This is a Reed Village Hall Committee event. It is free entry but donations to the Village Hall Renovation Fund would be appreciated.
