Agenda for the Sixty-fourth Annual General Meeting of Reed Cricket Club to be held virtually on Thursday 18th February 2021 starting at 2000hrs. 1. Opening address and to confirm the present incumbent, Andrew Emms, as Club President and Chairman of the AGM. No alternative nominations for the position of President have been received within the time allowed. Consequently, Andrew Emms remains as President. 2. Attendance & Apologies. For record purposes, Members submitting votes in the 2021 AGM process will be counted as being present at the meeting. This is in addition to anyone who does not vote but logs-in to the remote Meeting. 3. To announce the results of the balloting process for the following: a. Minutes. Approval of Minutes of the RCC AGM held on 28th November 2019. b. Matters arising. c. To receive the Honorary Secretary’s Report. d. To receive the Annual Accounts – Main, Bar & 100 Club Statements. e. To consider amendments to the Club Constitution. Only members over the age of 16 may vote. A majority of two-thirds of members present at the meeting in favour for changes is required. f. To consider and ratify or amend rates of Subscriptions & Match Fees. Only members over the age of 16 may vote. g.
