Agenda for the Sixty-fifth Annual General Meeting of Reed Cricket Club to be held virtually on Thursday 25th November 2021 starting at 2000hrs.

1. Opening address and to confirm the present incumbent, Andrew Emms, as Club President and Chairman of the AGM.
No alternative nominations for the position of President have been received within the time allowed.
Consequently, Andrew Emms remains as President.

2. Attendance & Apologies. For record purposes, Members submitting votes in the November 2021 AGM process will be counted as being present at the meeting. This is in addition to anyone who does not vote but logs-in to the remote Meeting.

3. To announce the results of the balloting process for the following:
a. Minutes. Approval of Minutes of the Sixty-fourth RCC AGM held on 18th February 2021 (previousl;y circulated).
b. Matters arising.
c. To receive the Chairman’s Report (in the absence of an Honorary Secretary).
d. To receive the Annual Accounts – Main and Bar Statements.
e. To consider amendments to the Club Constitution.
Only members over the age of 16 may vote.
f. To consider and ratify or amend rates of Subscriptions & Match Fees.
Only members over the age of 16 may vote.
g. To elect Vice-Presidents, Officers and Auditors for the coming year.

➢ Rules: All those voting must be either fully paid-up Members, Vice-Presidents or Life Members of the Club.
➢ Votes cast by anyone else not listed as having Subscribed to the Club during 2021 will not be counted.
➢ Playing Members over the age of 16 may vote on the election of all the officers.
➢ Playing Members under the age of 16 may not vote.
➢ Non-Playing Members may not vote on the election of Captains, Vice-Captains, and Playing Sub-Committee, except the Chairman of the AGM in the event of a tied vote (Constitution Rules 21b and 22 refer).

4. To confer Life Membership(s).
Life-Membership was conferred on Richard Robertson in November 2021.
No other nominations were received within the time allowed.

5. Any other business. Any other issues raised during the General Meeting will be considered by the new Executive and / or General Committee(s) as appropriate at the earliest opportunity.

There will be no opportunities to cast votes during the AGM.
At the earliest opportunity, the General Committee will nominate or co-opt persons to any positions left vacant at the AGM.
Club Officers’ and Team Captains’ reports will be posted on the Club website and circulated by email.
Various Club Accounts have also been circulated by email.
Joining details for the virtual meeting have been circulated separately to Club Members.
