AT LORD’S:
The match is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. It will be 40 overs per side (unless weather intervenes).
General Ground Admission Tickets cannot be bought on-line but are available only on the gate: Adults £13, Over 65s £6.50 and Under 16s £5 (babies and children of two years of age or under are free).

MCC have asked me to urge you to enter Lord’s at the North Gate which is at the Nursery end of the ground in Wellington Place, (junction with Wellington Road). Staff on the turnstiles here can deal with spectators entering the ground more quickly.

I have also found that many of the queries you may have can be answered by visiting:
www.lords.org
Then choosing “Visiting” and clicking on “Frequently Asked Questions”.
For example, Lord’s is the only international cricket venue in the world where spectators can bring alcohol into the ground. Effectively, either 2 pints of beer or 1 bottle of wine. Anything outside these restrictions will be confiscated.

Also, fancy dress and musical instruments are not allowed.

Attractions at the ground include a Watson’s Bowling Masterclass with former England fast bowler, Alex Tudor. If Club members / children wish to take part in this then please bring suitable sports clothing.
Then, with a BBQ lunch and a host of family activities including a village fete on the nursery ground.

If you wish to share your experiences on social media, please include the hashtag #NVC17.

We do hope you would like to come and support this exciting occasion. See you there!
