Reed received a Bye in the 1st Round of this season’s National Village Cup then Sawbridgeworth conceded to us in Round 2 yesterday (7th May). Reed will now make the journey to play Langleybury on Sunday 21st May in the 3rd Round.
In the other half of the draw in Group 22 (Beds & Herts), Sharnbrook & Bromham will host Redbourn.
In Group 30, (Cambridgeshire & Norfolk), our near-neighbours and rivals, Foxton Granta, have also benefitted from concessions and in Round 3 will visit Hethersett & Tas Valley CC a few miles south of Norwich.
