Saturday, SHPCL:
Mitchell Cooper put in a good all-round performance with 3 wickets and 41 not out in the 1st XI’s victory at North Mymms. Sean Tidey took 3 wickets and Matt Giblin 2 as the hosts were all out for 152. Reed made short work of the run-chase as Jack Caine (31) and Stuart Smith (24 not out) supported Cooper’s innings to win by 4 wickets.

The Seconds continued their 100% record by bundling Sandridge out for 148 then losing only 3 wickets in reply. Julien Fynn led with 5 wickets and Karl Ward took 4. Tom Greaves scored an eighty and Chris Jackson was 32 not out when the winning runs came.

At the Freman Oval, the Willoughby brothers, Rob (65) and Kieren (44 not out), were instrumental in the Third Team’s total of 194 for 9. George Garrott chipped in with 25. The wickets were shared between Garrott, Greg McKinnell, Will Archer and Charlie Walters but they could not prevent Rickmansworth reaching their target with 4 wickets and 2 overs in-hand.

Sunday:
The friendly against Little Hadham ended as a Tie – no super overs in this format!
Little Hadham batted first and posted 152. Ben Mansfield got a wicket in the first over then Joe Graves and Will Archer both bowled very well getting 2 wickets each.

Reed’s runs from Matt Giblin (32), Will Heslam (33), and Will Archer (31 not out) who came very close to hitting the winning runs but unfortunately there was a run out when the scores were level with the last man in.
