The England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) issued guidance on the 15th May 2020 regarding Cricket Net facilities and their management. I know many of you would have received or read their message which recommends certain high levels of safety criteria to be met before Nets can be used for practice.
Consequently, Reed Cricket Club’s General Committee has considered this guidance and has decided that the Nets on The Green at Reed will remain closed indefinitely.
Reed CC take no responsibility for anyone choosing to ignore this notice.
We will revisit this decision as and when further advice and guidance is issued.
