Notification of the Sixty-fourth Annual General Meeting of Reed Cricket Club
to be held virtually on Thursday 18th February 2021 starting at 2000hrs.
Being a virtual meeting and to enable a smooth and timely process, Club Members are requested to please take note of the following significant dates.
Respond by midnight on Thursday 28th January 2021 with nominations and proposals.
The Agenda, Accounts, proposals and joining details for the AGM will be circulated and published by 4th February 2021.
You will then be asked to cast your votes and reply by midnight on Sunday 14th February 2021.
There will be no voting during the AGM.
Results of the balloting process will be announced at the AGM on Thursday 18th February 2021.
